Lolly Warehouse Shipping Policy

We use best possible rates available using either Fastway couriers, Australia Post or Direct Freight If you reside in Northern Territory please contact our friendly customer service team at info@lollywarehouse.com.au to obtain a shipping quote. Shipping costs are worked out based on the size and weight of your order, the delivery distance and shipping method. Please note that we do not post to PO BOX addresses.

Lolly Warehouse is not responsible and cannot provide refunds for delays outside our control including inclement weather conditions, natural disasters or delivery carrier delays outside of our control.

Please note that there is no refunds for melted products – see our Hot Weather Shipping policy.

Hot Weather Shipping Policy

During the summer months and at other hot times of the year, we suggest contacting our Customer Service to arrange Express Shipping especially when purchasing meltable products such as Chocolate and Gummies.

If possible, try to arrange shipping to a business as someone is usually present to receive the order and take it indoors.

When shipping to a residential address and no one is at home the order will be left outside or taken back to the hot delivery van. In the event that your order has been exposed to hot weather conditions, please take it indoors and let it sit for a few hours to give it a chance to return to normal consistency prior to opening the order.

Lolly Warehouse will take every possible precaution to make sure you receive your order in the best possible condition but we ask you to please consider the type of products you are purchasing during warm weather months as we do not provide refunds for melted products.

Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your receipt of payment details (if you have provided your email address). Lolly Warehouse will also normally confirm receipt of your order soon after ordering. For standard shipping we will attempt to dispatch your goods within 3 working days. Delivery maybe via Couriers or Australia Post and delivery timing will depend on your location. For express shipping we will attempt to dispatch your goods the next working day. 

Approx Standard Delivery Times as follows

Perth Metro – Dispatched daily and takes 1 to 2 working days from dispatch

NSW / VIC / TAS / SA  / ACT  – Dispatched every Monday and Thursday and takes 8 to 10 working days from dispatch.

QLD – Dispatched every Monday and Thursday and takes 8 to 11 working days from dispatch.

Country Areas outside the Metro  – Dispatched every Monday and Thursday and takes 10 to 14 working days from dispatch

Approx Express Delivery Times as follows 

Metro Areas – 2 to 3 working days from dispatch

Country Areas – 4 to 5 working days from dispatch

All above timings are Approx. and not guaranteed. Please note we do not offer refunds for delayed parcels.

Due to a  high volume of parcels being delivered THERE ARE delays in delivery timings.

We recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks ahead of your event date. This allows time to order more lollies if the quantities aren’t quite right or in an event that a product is out of stock, it gives us time to replenish stocks or make an alternative suggestion.

Authority to Leave

All parcels delivered will be Authority To Leave by default, if safe to do so. We will not take any further responsibility if parcel gets lost / damaged once delivered.  If you do not wish for your order to be left without Authority please indicate on your order.
